We allow for NEWCOMERS to maintain a connection to their own culture &  to learn more about new ones. 

We allow YOUTH to feel pride in their own heritage and to feel like they belong. 

 

We increase awareness about the importance of protecting CULTURE and DIVERSITY. 

 

We increase OPPORTUNITIES for local artists, artisans, heritage performers, chefs, restaurant owners, business owners and dancers to be involved in their community. 

We allow the MIDDLE EASTERN COMMUNITY to commemorate their local HISTORY and HERITAGE and to be PROUD.

We offer ethnic minorities a place for CULTURAL PARTICIPATION, as well as CULTURAL EXPRESSION. 

 

We provide a place for interaction between ETHNIC MINORITIES and the mainstream population.
